Promote Rize in a legal, ethical, and professional manner.

Use of Affiliate Links

Only use the affiliate links provided through our affiliate platform to track referrals. You are responsible for ensuring your links are integrated properly.

Compliance with Laws

Refrain from any misleading, dishonest, or unethical marketing practices. Comply with all applicable local, state/provincial, national, and international laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those issued by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and similar consumer protection authorities.

Prohibited Marketing Methods

Avoid spamming, sending unsolicited emails, or using unauthorized channels to promote Rize. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Advertising on search terms containing or directly related to “Rize.”

  • Advertising on search terms containing names of Rize competitors.

  • Describing competitors in a derogatory manner.

  • Sending unsolicited text messages.

  • Other disruptive or fraudulent tactics.

2. Commissions and Payments

Commission Structure

Commissions are based on referrals tracked through your unique affiliate link via our affiliate platform. The commission rate or structure may be updated from time to time at Rize’s discretion.

Commission Cap (Maximum Eligible Sale Amount)

Commissions are paid only on the first $1,000 USD of any referred customer’s purchase.
Any portion of a sale above $1,000 USD is not commission-eligible, and no commissions will be paid on the amount exceeding this cap.

Payment Schedule

The payment schedule is outlined separately in our affiliate dashboard and program documentation. If anything is unclear, please contact us at support@rize.io

Fraudulent or Invalid Referrals

Any fraudulent, artificial, or invalid referrals (including self-referrals) will result in forfeiture of associated commissions. Rize reserves the right to review and determine, at its sole discretion, whether a referral is fraudulent or invalid.

Tax Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your participation in the Program, including any reporting or withholding requirements.

3. Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

Bid on Brand Keywords

Use paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads) that bids on Rize brand keywords or any variation thereof.

Impersonation or Misdirection

Create websites, social media pages, or any content that mimics Rize or misleads customers into believing it is an official Rize channel.

Illegal or Prohibited Content

Promote Rize in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations, or that includes defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content.

4. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Rize. You are acting solely as an independent contractor. You do not have authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.

5. Termination

Rize reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Fraudulent activities or misuse of the Program.

  • Any conduct deemed detrimental to Rize’s interests or reputation.

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion. If you wish to terminate your participation, you may do so at any time by contacting us at support@rize.io

Your participation is at your own risk.
